Refund Policy

Refund Policy - the basics

Everything will be inspected for quality before shipping. The mug, photo book or prints. If there is any issues with the items before shipping, you as the consumer, will be contacted to be given the option to delay your order for a remake, or a refund.

After the products have shipped, if any damage occurs during shipping, an emailed photographed showing the damage will be required. 

After wards, if proof is given, you will be given the option for a credit of equal value or a full refund of the cost of the damaged item as invoiced. 

Simple and straight forward.
